MasteryRisePath provides online and in-person educational programs, strategic growth courses, and professional development training designed to enhance leadership and organizational effectiveness.
Our services are open to individuals aged 18 or older and authorized representatives of organizations. By enrolling in a course, you confirm your eligibility.
Some services may require account registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and all actions under your account.
Access to course materials begins only after full payment is received. All access rights are personal and cannot be shared or transferred to others.
All fees are clearly stated prior to enrollment. By completing a payment, you acknowledge acceptance of the service pricing and associated terms.
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
The course or service was not delivered as described.
A technical issue from our side prevented course access.
The client cancels within 48 hours of purchase and has not accessed the course.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@masteryrisepath.com within 10 business days of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued once course materials have been accessed or if a personalized program has begun. Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases.
MasteryRisePath reserves the right to update, enhance, or discontinue any course or material without prior notice to maintain content accuracy and quality.
Participants who successfully complete all course requirements will receive a certificate of completion. Failure to meet course standards may result in no certification being awarded.
All participants must maintain a professional and respectful attitude in courses, discussions, and group activities. Misconduct may result in access termination without refund.
All content, including lessons, videos, written materials, and designs, are the property of MasteryRisePath and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing is prohibited.
MasteryRisePath is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or materials.
We handle all personal and business information with strict confidentiality. Data is collected and processed in accordance with Canadian privacy regulations.
Clients may cancel before course commencement for a full refund. Once the course starts, refunds are subject to evaluation based on the progress and materials accessed.
MasteryRisePath reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse learning materials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled in the courts of Alberta.
MasteryRisePath may revise or update these Terms of Service and Refund Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
